Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Agile Scrum Master for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a global provider firm that gathers information and reports to enhance environmental and social impacts on the business.

A Scrum Master should have strong technical acumen and experience in Azure DevOps to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The perfect candidate should be diligent, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining alignment with Agile principles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and project management principles.
• An excellent spoken and written level of English is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through Scrum ceremonies and best practices.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of features and enhancements.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine backlog items.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure transparency and accountability.
