Зараз ми шукаємо Head of Operations, який не просто керує процесами, а будує систему, що летить - стратег, драйвер і партнер, який перетворює ідеї на результат.

Що з тебе:
  • маєш 4+ роки досвіду в операційному чи управлінському менеджменті, бажано в iGaming;
  • знаєш, як планувати, аналізувати й робити звіти, які реально допомагають бізнесу;
  • умієш працювати з людьми — не просто керувати, а надихати й заряджати команди;
  • перетворюєш хаос на процеси, а процеси — на результат;
  • розумієш маркетингову частину продукту, особливо traffic acquisition;
  • цінуєш структуру, але залишаєш місце для креативу й свободи дій.
Що робити:
   
•Розробка й реалізація операційної стратегії казино відповідно до бізнес-цілей.
   
•Координація роботи всіх відділів: маркетинг, продукт, retention, CRM, VIP, support, payments, fraud, compliance, IT. 
   
•Формування KPI для операційних команд і контроль їх виконання.
   
•Забезпечення узгодженості між департаментами (traffic → conversion → retention → revenue).
   
•Планування P&L.
   
•Контроль витрат і ROI по каналах (performance, affiliate, VIP, CRM, бонуси).
   
•Оптимізація платежів і транзакційних витрат (payment gateway, chargebacks).
   
•Аналітика маржі, ARPU, LTV, CAC, payback, conversion funnel.
   
•Впровадження внутрішніх процесів і SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
   
•Участь у формуванні маркетингової та брендової стратегії.
   
•Дотримання ліцензійних вимог (Україна, Кюрасао, Мальта, тощо).
   
•Робота з compliance, AML/KYC, RG (responsible gaming).
   
•Взаємодія з регуляторами та аудиторами.
