Your Mission (aka What You'll Be Doing)

Onboard Like a Pro
– Welcome new clients and guide them through our Upwork growth journey


Track + Support
– Monitor client goals, track milestones, and offer help before they even ask


Build Loyalty
– Create relationships that turn clients into fans


Be the Fixer
– Collaborate with tech + ops to solve issues quickly and clearly


Plan & Billing Mastery
– Help with upgrades, billing questions, and account clarity


Save the Day
– Handle cancellations with empathy, and retain clients whenever possible


Work Smart Hours
– Cover US time zones: Start at 12–1PM Kyiv / End at 9–10PM Kyiv

Experience as a
Customer Success Manager
in B2B (SaaS = big bonus)

You

Comfortable juggling things solo or collaborating with a team
