Обов'язки

  • Формування та підтримка довгострокових відносин із клієнтами у сегменті B2G/B2B (ЗСУ, силові структури, міжнародні оборонні організації, інтегратори рішень).
  • Забезпечення високого рівня задоволеності клієнтів на всіх етапах життєвого циклу продукту — від презентації до експлуатації у польових умовах.
  • Проведення онбордингу та навчання операторів і технічного персоналу клієнта щодо використання обладнання та ПЗ.
  • Координація швидкої технічної підтримки та вирішення інцидентів згідно SLA.
  • Збір та аналіз зворотного зв'язку від кінцевих користувачів для вдосконалення продуктів та сервісу.
  • Співпраця з командами R&D, виробництва, логістики та маркетингу для синхронізації вимог клієнта та технічних можливостей продукту.
  • Ведення звітності у CRM та підготовка регулярних аналітичних звітів щодо стану клієнтських відносин, інцидентів та рівня задоволеності.
  • Участь у демонстраціях на полігонах, військово-технічних форумах та міжнародних виставках для підтримки клієнтів та просування продукту.

Вимоги:

  • 2+ роки досвіду у Client Experience / Account Management / Service Delivery у B2B або B2G (досвід у defense tech, hardware або mission-critical системах — перевага).
  • Розуміння специфіки роботи з державними та силовими структурами (ЗСУ, МОУ, міжнародні оборонні фонди).
  • Досвід впровадження та супроводу технічних рішень (hardware + software), у тому числі у польових або високонавантажених умовах.
  • Вміння працювати з SLA, інцидентами та пріоритизацією запитів у критичних ситуаціях.
  • Сильні навички комунікації, презентації та побудови довіри на рівні керівництва та кінцевих користувачів.
  • Системний підхід, вміння працювати проактивно, орієнтація на результат.
  • Грамотна українська, впевнена ділова англійська (Upper-Intermediate+).
  • Бонусом буде: досвід участі у тендерах, знання військових стандартів (MIL-STD, STANAG), робота у сфері технічної підтримки критичної інфраструктури.
