We are looking for a
Sales Director
to join our team in
Kyiv
. This leadership role is focused on driving enterprise sales, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with international teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Span's services through regular engagement with enterprise clients.
- Generate sales related to software development, infrastructure projects, and support agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate closely with Span Sales, Software Solutions, and Service Management teams in Croatia to maximize sales volume and efficiency.
- Attend client meetings, support proposal development, and relay feedback to technical teams to co-create improved solutions.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts; ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes.
- Coordinate internal resources (e.g., engineers) involved in project delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage related administrative tasks.
- Lead and develop the local sales team, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and growth.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or consulting.
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
- Experience with Microsoft products and licensing models (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP).
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud service offerings and enterprise licensing strategies.
