Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

Are you passionate about Talent Acquisition and Team Management? Nestle Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of HR Business services (Employee Lifecycle team).

You are:

  • A professional with 1 years of work experience on leading position (HR background will be an advantage);
  • Prior experience at least 1-2 years in Recruitment/Sourcing/ Other HR areas
  • Passionate leader (promoting and practicing people development, coaching and mentoring team members);
  • An experienced professional in analytics, communication and time management;
  • Able to deal with stressful situations and short deadlines;
  • Experience in process improvements;
  • Skilled in MS Office (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, Share Point;
  • Confident in English on at least an Upper-Intermediate level

With you we will:

  • Define and monitor implementation of HR Business services plans and objectives, in line with NBS Lviv strategy;
  • Ensure highest quality of the Talent Acquisition end-to-end processes in HR Business services stream;
  • Eliminate waste in the process and drive standardization through coordinating the improvement projects within TA team and joint projects with Markets/locations;
  • Ensure delivery of process optimization by the team: automation, cost optimization, complexity reduction;
  • Establish and strengthen cooperation with key stakeholders (market, recruitment agencies) and support the Team with issues resolution;
  • Develop functional and leadership competencies of the team members through effective development plans realization;
  • Ensure compliance with the respective markets' legislation and Nestle audit standards including updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points.
