We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (Ukraine)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

As CEO Ukraine, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing organization. You will serve as the public face of ZEN in Ukraine, leading strategic initiatives, managing financial performance, and fostering innovation.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian regulatory and financial landscape.
• Track record of achieving financial targets and leading growth strategies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution capabilities.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
