We're looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead full-cycle hiring for mid to executive roles across multiple countries and business units. This is a key role for someone who loves ownership, structure, and leadership — combining strategic vision with hands-on recruitment excellence. You'll build scalable hiring strategies, shape the candidate experience, and lead a team that brings exceptional talent to our fast-growing group of companies.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and executive roles across diverse markets and industries.
• Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies — LinkedIn, X-ray search, referrals, events, and niche communities.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership on market insights, compensation trends, and strategic hiring plans.
• Maintain excellence in our ATS (Recruitee) — clean data, structured notes, meaningful analytics.
• Continuously optimize and automate recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing recruitment team, driving collaboration and ownership.
• Champion our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience (cNPS).

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including multi-country or executive searches.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to coach recruiters, build playbooks, and implement data-driven hiring practices.
• Excellent communication, influence, and business acumen — able to partner with leadership confidently.
• Comfortable navigating different cultures, business models, and domains.
• Experience leading a recruitment team, focusing on performance, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Familiarity with AI sourcing tools, automation, and advanced reporting systems.
