MISSION:
Assist the Countryl Manager in developing profitable sales for the company, through key account clientrs by developing & executing both short and long term business plan in line with local and Groupe Seb strategies, and leading key account team.
CONTEXT:
Sales Director should incorporate customer and market requirements with local strategy and in this context try to maximize profitable sales opportunities through managing KAM team
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB :
- Negotiations with clients and preparation of annual contracts
- Business review with customers to show our best level of partnership.
- Minimize the cost and maximize sales & profit growth for the company
- Analyze pros & cons and set the strategy for each customer, including competitors analysis.
- Present to customers and get listing with proper merchandising support.
- Plan , develop and implement Promotions with customers through KAM and trade marketing teams
- Develop annual promotional calendar for each customer with break through ideas.
- Share market intelligence, business issues, sales forecasts
- Analyze market information and develop action plan for KAMs to improve the situation
- Prepare regular analysis of competitor activity and take prompt action to prevent competitor penetration
- Identify opportunities in target customer accounts for new product development activity
- Prepare annual business plan and monitor performance against targets
- Prepare pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Highlight threats and competitor activity within accounts
• Contribute to the annual sales and budgeting processes - Negotiate and finalize customer contracts and monitor compliance
- Report for major accounts according to company standards
- Maintain a frequent communication level with
- Coordination of KAM's work with clients
- Follow up of clients' budgets (discount, bonus, coop, etc…) and clients' plan achievement.
- Follow up of listing and client's margin by references
- Follow up of clients'stock, selling OUT and orders.
- Implementation and follow up of trade marketing decisions in National clients.
- Implementation and follow up of recommended prices in National clients (wholesalers and retailers)
- • To implement and control communication flows between Sales Director and KAMs.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED :
- University degree
- Extensive experience in sales in consumer products
- Proven Managerial experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Solid knowledge of the channel structure, market and customers
- Strong trade knowledge and relationship
- Product knowledge
- Self initiative, result-oriented
- Strong analytical skill
- Experience computer user
- Proficient in English, knowledge of French is a plus
