WHY THIS JOB IS IMPORTANT:

As a Senior Client Partner, you'll join a small but dynamic commercial team currently composed of two members: a Commercial Director and a Client Partner. You'll be the third team member, taking on a hybrid role that blends business development, client retention, and project leadership. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships and driving strategic growth.

What You'll Do:

• Build Client Partnerships: Engage with both new and existing clients to nurture strong, enduring relationships.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets across client accounts and market segments.
• Long-Term Strategy Development: Partner with strategic clients to create 2–3 year plans that align with their goals.
• Manage Budgets: Oversee project pricing approvals and ensure efficient cost control.
• Lead Business Development: Spearhead complex tenders and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
• Consult & Coordinate: Lead coordination of large-scale studies and provide internal/external consulting to drive business growth.
• Sales Enablement: Develop sales decks, product portfolios, and market cases to support client engagement.
• Innovate Research Approaches: Propose new methodologies to optimize project delivery and reduce costs.
• Represent the Brand: Participate in external PR events and industry engagements.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

• Client-Focused Mindset: Passion for understanding client needs and crafting effective solutions.
• Marketing Research Knowledge: Strong insight into market research, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-Solving Proficiency: A proactive, can-do attitude toward challenges and non-standard tasks.
• Research Expertise: Experience managing projects with qualitative and quantitative research input.
• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency, Ukrainian fluency
• Professional Background: 3–5 years of experience in senior management or research roles.
