Who are we looking for?

We are growing quickly and invite to the team: Account Manager/Client Partner well experienced in HR/ Recruiting or Methodology Development.

Duties of Client Partner

1. Maintaining warm and effective relations with the Clients:

• Development of existing relations with Clients through understanding the Client's needs and pains within the framework of a valid project.

• Expanding cooperation.

• Caring for the Client and the Client's reputation.

2. Management of the Client:

• Creating for the Clients the best experience of support and cooperation with the Wellbeing Company

• Consultancy providing to the Clients on issues of mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing of employees.

• Development of internal communications for Wellbeing Company Clients.

• Maintaining and providing project reporting for the Clients and needs of the Wellbeing Company.

• Be in contact with the holder (level N-2).

• 3. Financial monitoring.
• Managing the regular legal and financial issues with the Clients.

What we expect from you

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Corporate experience starts at 5 years. Experience in consulting will be an advantage.
• High communication skills.
• Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian — fluent, English — no less than upper-intermediate: ability to speak and participate in business correspondence.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.
• Experience in conducting high-quality business correspondence.
• Confident Excel and Powerpoint user, experience with MS Office and CRM systems will be a plus.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule - if necessary, connect on weekends or in the evening. Rarely, as needed.
• High standards of business ethics. Personal values include caring for the people around you.

• A genuine interest in psychology would be an advantage.

Education and certifications: Higher Education.

Personal qualities:

• The ability to communicate and find a common language both within and outside the team.

• Self-organization, responsibility and decency.
• A high level of empathy: understanding both one's own needs and feelings and those of others.
