Chief Specialist of the Banking Secrecy Department

Position tasks:

  • Compliance with the requirements for support and control of the procedure for imposing/removing the arrest, carrying out forced write-offs on the accounts of the Bank's clients (except for securities accounts) in the event of receipt of relevant documents (arrest and/or arrest orders, payment demands, etc.)
  • Timely and complete preparation of responses to requests from government agencies and court decisions regarding transactions and data of the Bank's clients that contain banking secrecy
  • Supporting the process of providing temporary access to items and documents of Bank clients upon requests from law enforcement and other authorized bodies

Main functional responsibilities :

  • Imposition/removal of arrest, forced write-off of accounts of Bank clients based on court orders/decisions on arrest, payment instructions, etc.
  • Preparing responses to requests from government agencies and court decisions regarding transactions and data of Bank clients

Candidate requirements :

  • Basic higher or full higher education,
  • Work experience in the specialty of at least 2 years;
  • Experience in banking operations;
