The more projects are here at Stormotion, the more specialists we need to deliver them fruitfully. So here we are, looking for the one to strengthen our recruitment efforts and get more talented people on board :)
Your role will be:
— Searching for, pre-selecting, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles (both tech roles like React Native or developers and non-tech roles like lead generation specialists or copywriters).
— Generating ideas for sourcing potential candidates (LinkedIn, social media, job boards, Upwork, different channels, etc);
— Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining the Candidate Databases;
— Performing routine tasks to support the recruitment process;
— Assisting with internal company activities.
To join the team you need:
— Being a human-oriented person who values healthy communication and is driven by finding the right people;
— Experience in talent sourcing with proven success cases;
— Experience in conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit (would be a plus);
— An educational background in Informational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (would be a plus);
— Proficiency in English (B2) and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
— Strong presentation and communication skills (because you as a recruiter create the first impression about the company);
— A highly organized, self-motivated, curious, and proactive approach to process improvement.
— Being digitally native, accurate, and loving working with data and spreadsheets.
