The expertise we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading a content team or managing editorial workflows.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content distribution.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact and optimize content.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in iGaming is an advantage.

Your position will include

  • Lead and manage the content team
  • Develop and implement the content strategy in line with marketing and business goals
  • Plan and oversee the content calendar across all platforms (website, blog, newsletters, product content, PR etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all content
  • Monitor content performance, optimize for SEO/engagement/conversion, and report on results
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, and Performance teams to support campaigns and launches.
  • Manage workflows, deadlines, and resources for smooth production.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development for team members.
  • Research industry trends and propose creative, innovative content formats.
