• Creative Vision — Guide, develop and execute creative and innovative ideas
• Work Methodology — Explore new tools, technologies and work methods in order to optimize and speed up workflows and ongoing operations

• Strong design background, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities
  
• At least 3 years of experience in creating art for games
  
• At least 2 years of experience in Leading Art Teams in the gaming industry and optimizing workflows
• Great illustration skills with a portfolio of 2D assets for games
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and render
• Strong communication skills both in Ukrainian and English

• Unity, Spine, tech experience
• Jira, Agile experience - is a plus, managing tasks knowledge
  
• Experience with G-develop
• Experience with Ai tools
