About the Role

As a Junior Operational Analytics Specialist, you'll work at the core of our chargeback prevention system — connecting services, monitoring performance, and working with data that protects merchants in real time. You'll collaborate closely with Analytics, Sales, and Account Management, gaining hands-on experience and a direct impact on business results.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • connecting, testing, and monitoring the operation of chargeback prevention services;
  • working with the database;
  • active interaction with other teams: Analytics, Sales, and Account Management;
  • processing analytical requests from our clients.
You're a Great Fit if:
  • you are studying in a field related to analytics/programming/math;
  • you know SQL and Excel at an advanced level;
  • have advanced analytical skills and a willingness to solve problems;
  • know how to build effective communication;
  • English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher;
