Goodly is a fast-moving R&D project on a mission to help people live, work, and learn with more joy and clarity. We're building a fresh experience that combines thoughtfully designed physical products and playful digital tools.

What will you do:

  • Overseeing the printing process to ensure prodcuts quality and consistency.
  • Collaborating and brainstorming with the content design team to define the best solutions for products to meet business goals and bring value to the users.
  • Creating new products from scratch.
  • Researching concepts, designs, references.
  • Use design solutions to shape a positive user experience on their journey of self-development, self-discovery, productivity, and soft skills.
  • Test and iterate on different solutions to challenges.


What do you need to join us:

  • Experience producing printed materials such as workbooks, planners, journals, brochures, etc.
  • Familiarity with software like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Solid knowledge of print standards such as G7, GRACoL, and SWOP.
  • Ability to work with vector graphics.
  • Understanding of design theory basics (typography, composition, color).
  • Openness to exploring new ideas and fresh approaches.
  • Strong typography skills.
  • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
