The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) was established in October 1995 to support U.S. companies in advancing their trade and investment interests in Ukraine's significant emerging market. The USUBC advocates for measures to improve conditions for bilateral trade and investment and promotes strong, friendly bilateral ties between the U.S. and Ukraine.
Role Description
This is a contract role for a Finance/Operations Manager, located on-site in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Finance/Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, conducting financial analysis, overseeing financial reporting, and maintaining accounting records. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure efficient operations and accurate financial management.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Finance and Financial Reporting skills
- Proficiency in GAAP Accounting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with financial software and tools (3+ years Quickbooks preferred)
- Experience with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in the international business environment is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required
