Працює в 37+ країнах, має 370+ активних кампаній і генерує понад 30,000 лідів щомісяця. Сфери: Health & Beauty, Home Improvements, Finance, Insurance. Забезпечує партнерам повноцінну маркетингову інфраструктуру, високі виплати та бюджети для тестування.

Загальна команда 100 людей з офісом в Києві.

Компанія зростає і процесів стає більше, тому шукаємо Operations manager для допомоги з операційними задачами

Завдання:

  • складання мануалів, інструкцій, регламентів;
  • формування звітів, таблиць по роботі відділів;
  • постановка задач і контроль їх виконання;
  • покращення роботи різних департаментів через контроль і мотивацію;
  • координаційні і оптимізаційні заходи для кращої взаємодії відділів компанії;
  • робота з підрядниками, постановка їм задач, прийняття робіт;
  • допомога в налаштуканні HR процесів;
  • проведення ресерчів, презентація матеріалів.

Вимоги:

  • досвід роботи в ІТ / Service / Marketing компанії від 2 років;
  • просунуті навички в Exсel, Google Suit, task tracking tools;
  • вміння проводити дослідження і формулювати висновки;
  • успішні кейси реалізації складних проєктів за вашою відповідальністю;
  • знання англійської на рівні Upper-Intermediate;
  • вміння правильно та чітко викладати свої думки: як усно, так і письмово;
  • вміння швидко розібратися у будь-якій темі, проблемі, в тому числі й в технічних процесах;
  • здатність працювати з великими обсягом різноманітної інформації, при цьому робити з них конструктивні висновки.
