What's This Opportunity About?

As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in building strong candidate pipelines for U.S. healthcare clients. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting 8–10 interviews per day, assessing their skills, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reviewing the incoming candidate pipeline and assessing applications.
Conducting 8–10 structured interviews per day for U.S. healthcare positions.
Evaluating candidates' English level and position fit.
Providing feedback to candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Coordinating with our Hiring Team to align on needs and timelines.
Managing candidate information within systems.
Acting proactively to meet tight deadlines and high-volume hiring targets.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in recruitment or sales—you know how to engage with people effectively.
Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher) for professional candidate interaction.
Proactive approach and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.
A growth mindset and motivation to build a career in international recruitment.
