We are a dynamic IT company dedicated to fostering growth and innovation. Our team values creativity, collaboration, and a passion for technology. We're looking for a motivated IT Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

Requirements:

— Completed courses in IT recruitment;

— Familiarity with sourcing strategies;

— Understanding of how to conduct HR interviews effectively;

— Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates and recruitment data critically;

— Understanding of IT roles and terminology;

— Passion for recruitment and technologies;

— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

— Self-motivated and eager to learn;

— Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

This role is ideal for someone passionate about human resources and technology, as well as enthusiastic about learning the recruitment process from the ground up.

Work conditions

Working conditions:

— Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, 10.00–19.00;

— Odesa office-based/remote work;

— No time trackers or other bureaucratic measures;

— Networking with experienced professionals willing to share their knowledge and experience;

— Opportunity to obtain a contract with HYS Enterprise as a Junior Specialist;
