Ми шукаємо в команду Marketing Team Lead для розвитку медіабрендів Drinksetter, Сомельє в зелених штанях та Beermaster.

Фоззі Медіа Груп залучає цільову аудиторію за допомогою контенту. Ми розвиваємо такі медіа як БЖ, SHUBA.LIFE та GoToShop, а також медіабренди Марко Черветті, Drinksetter, Сомельє в зелених штанях та Beermaster. 


Що потрібно робити:

  • Формувати позиціонування / маркетингову стратегію продуктів.

  • Аналізувати метрики та приймати рішення на основі даних: орієнтуватися на результат, а не «охоплення заради охоплення».

  • Вибудовувати ефективну роботу внутрішньої команди та співпрацю з підрядниками.

  • Моніторинг ринку, конкурентів і трендів для пошуку нових можливостей і найкращих практик, інтегруючи їх у маркетингові стратегії.

Ми очікуємо, що ти:

  • Маєш досвід роботи у продуктовому або контент-маркетингу від 3-х років.

  • Маєш досвід розробки та реалізації маркетингових стратегій для запусків і розвитку продуктів/груп продуктів.

  • Розуміння як планувати та досягати маркетингових і комерційних показників (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI).

  • Навички управління бюджетами та контролю рентабельності.

  • Лідерські якості та вміння вибудовувати ефективні процеси роботи команд.
