Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Development Team Lead for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a global provider firm that gathers information and reports to enhance environmental and social impacts on the business.

You'll guide the engineering team in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. The perfect candidate will combine technical depth with leadership excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+years of experience as a Development Team Lead or Senior Developer.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, and React applications.
• Experience with Azure services, including pipeline CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and software design principles.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical, structured approach to delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and platform strategy.
• Monitor and improve development workflows for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
