Kyivstar is a leading Big Data player in Ukraine, and we are seeking a talented and motivated Partnerships Manager to join our Big Data team and play a crucial role in shaping our data partnerships strategy. Responsibilities:


• Identify and evaluate data partnering opportunities


• Define data partnerships strategy and roadmap


• Establish and maintain partnerships with key data providers and suppliers


• Manage data requirements and standards definition, data transfers and updates, data feeds issues resolution


• Negotiate and manage data partnerships licensing, contracting and pricing


• Collaborate with Big Data Product, B2B marketing and sales to define and deliver data partnerships-driven products and solutions


• Act as the primary point of contact for data partners relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals


• Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of data sources, including metadata, usage guidelines, and access permissions


• Monitor data quality, accuracy, and consistency, implement processes to address any issues


• Manage data partnerships P&L, budgets and costs


• Work closely with ETL, ML and Data Science to enable efficient data ingestion and integration


• Stay current with industry trends, emerging sources and technologies, and regulatory changes related to Big Data and data partnerships

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred)


• Proven experience (3 years) in data management or data sourcing, especially in a Big Data environment


• Strong knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships


• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and focus on data quality and accuracy


• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple data partnerships simultaneously


• Familiarity with data integration tools and technologies


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Experience in managing a team or leading cross-functional projects is a plus
