Обов'язки:Підтримка в роботі з NDA/MSA та прайс-листами для клієнтів: допомога у підготовці документів або самостійне виконання за необхідності; взаємодія з Tender Manager для підготовки та підтримки документації.Робота з SOW (Statement of Work): підтримка в Jira, CRM та інших системах; самостійна підготовка документів за потреби; співпраця з Tender Manager.Управління CO/SOPO (Customer Order / Sales Order / Purchase Order): допомога або самостійне виконання процесів за необхідності.Коректне розподілення revenue за регіонами: виявлення проблем у процесі, навчання команди, встановлення дисципліни, самостійне виконання за потреби.Перевірка квартальних планів оплат: аналіз даних у Power BI порівняно з підписаними контрактами, виявлення розбіжностей, забезпечення відображення в системі, встановлення контролю.Аудит роботи CSM (Customer Success Managers): визначення поточних виконавців вищезазначених процесів, проведення сесій для роз'яснення питань, навчання, контроль якості Customer Orders.Стати основним контактом для питань щодо коректності процесів для інших підрозділів (замість Account Directors/Account Managers/Account Executives). Вимоги:Англійська мова — рівень Upper-Intermediate і вище.Здатність швидко засвоювати нову інформацію.Вміння продуктивно працювати в режимі багатозадачності.
