Currently, we are looking for a User Acquisition Lead for our portfolio company.
It is a pioneering fintech company that partners with traditional banks to launch and manage digital banks (neobanks). Our offerings include a state-of-the-art mobile app and a comprehensive end-to-end tech stack. We specialize in developing credit engines and AI-powered credit models, and excel in data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies. Our expertise ensures outstanding customer service, fostering deep customer loyalty. With a track record of successful neobank launches across various markets, we are confident in our performance-based compensation model.
As the User Acquisition Lead, you play a crucial role in our mission to globally launch and promote digital banking apps. Your responsibility spans all our projects, from Azerbaijan and Vietnam to India and beyond. Your primary goal is to acquire new customers by expertly managing and expanding our existing channels while exploring new ones to lay the foundation for growth. Data analysis is your forte, helping you uncover insights, devise practical optimizations, and see them through.
About you:
- Bring at least 5 years of performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid channels (Google UAC/PPC/YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok ads and others);
- Track record of successfully managing and scaling substantial budgets (at least $500,000/month) and extensive data sets to drive growth while meeting CAC targets;
- Exhibit knowledge and proficiency in user tracking, measurement, and attribution tools, including Google, Meta, Meta, TikTok, and others;
- Showcase extensive knowledge of A/B split testing and statistics;
- Display high proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, along with an in-depth understanding of analytical tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer;
- Embrace a comprehensive understanding of optimizing CPA for net profit maximization, including familiarity with metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPI, CPA, CR, CAC, LTV, and others;
- ASO experience is a plus;
- At least Upper-Intermediate level in English.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy across all products and markets, aligning with our growth goals and Customer Acquisition Cost targets;
- Dive deep into campaign performance analysis, extracting clear takeaways, identifying optimization opportunities, and planning subsequent actions;
- Innovate with qualitative metric enhancement tests;
- Collaborate with local market teams to share performance insights and create tailored, regional campaigns;
- Team up with the Data Analytics unit to enhance CAC and LTV while refining attribution models;
- Offer valuable input to our creative team, shaping a high-performance ad suite, and fostering a dynamic learning agenda for each campaign and channel;
- Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum spending efficiency, drawing from insights gathered in multiple A/B tests, spanning creatives, targets, user experience enhancements on landing pages, and more.
