Chief Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance risk and ensure adherence to legislation, internal policies, and procedures of the BDF.

  • Monitor legislative changes and implement corresponding updates in internal documents.

  • Prevent conflicts of interest, fraud, and corruption.

  • Oversee personal data protection and the accuracy of reporting.

  • Conduct internal investigations and prepare reports for the Supervisory Board.

  • Organize compliance training for employees.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or Management).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal support.

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in compliance, finance, anti-corruption, and personal data protection.

  • English language level — at least B2.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Will be an advantage:

  • Possession of international professional certification (e.g., COSO Internal Control Certificate).

  • Experience working with international compliance standards.
