Senior Global Operations Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving core people operations processes, including onboarding, benefits management, and internal communications, ensuring a seamless and consistent employee experience across all locations.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of People Operations and collaborate closely with various teams, including Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, IT, and external partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional employee experience through high-quality people operations service delivery">
• Own and drive global onboarding and offboarding processes">
• Oversee benefits management and support ongoing improvements">
• Manage HRIS (BambooHR) with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization">
• Create and maintain internal policies, including the Ideals Employee Handbook">
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives">
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to scale and optimize people operations in a fast-growing, global team">

Requirements

• ">
• Advanced English language skills – written and spoken">
• 3+ years of experience in a people operations/HR generalist role">
• Solid understanding of local labor law and international compliance">
• Experience supporting teams across 5+ countries">
• Strong critical thinking and personal work standards">
• Clear, people-centered communication with a global mindset">
• Excellent prioritization and adaptability in fast-changing environments">
• Naturally curious, proactive, and solution-oriented">
• Conflict resolution or mediation experience">

• Experience working with employers of record (EORs)">
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA/KPI tracking">
• Basic skills in HRIS automation and system implementation">
• Experience in organizing internal events or team gatherings">

Assessment Process
