Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and digital transformation across Ukraine and Moldova.

This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services sector, including payments, banking, and fintech. The successful candidate will have experience in top-tier consulting or a similar field.

The ideal candidate will be able to craft persuasive development proposals, effectively communicate with senior stakeholders, and build strong partnerships with client leadership.

Key responsibilities include co-developing and executing the Services growth strategy, identifying opportunities to drive customer business growth, and leveraging expertise to match Mastercard capabilities with client needs.

Additionally, the Senior Consultant will collaborate across advisory, product, and platform teams to design high-impact solutions that support personalization, analytics, and cashless ecosystems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in top-tier consulting or a similar field;
  • Background in payments or banking is a plus;
  • High proficiency in creating presentations in a clear, concise, and compelling consulting style with strong storytelling;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure solutions and drive data-based decisions;
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to interpret market trends and make actionable recommendations;
