Marketing Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Transformation Leader to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing projects that deliver measurable business outcomes through data-driven execution.

  • Lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives for large clients, leveraging expertise in digital diagnostics and performance analytics.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing analytics frameworks, incorporating A/B testing, SEO/SEM, CRM, paid media, and audience insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to align on execution and ensure consistent quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. You will also be part of a dynamic team that combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services, telecommunications, IoT, or AI-driven businesses.
  • Proven experience in leading or managing digital marketing teams and cross-functional project groups.
