Job Title: Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading and executing across the full spectrum of company communications and employer brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, or employer branding, with experience working in IT, tech, or outstaffing/outsourcing companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage the company website, case studies, social media presence, and other digital touchpoints for consistency, credibility, and conversion.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest optimizations.
Employer Brand Strategy:
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand aligned with the company's values and culture.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of internal communication campaigns (events, updates, milestones, all hands etc.).
Content Creation & Coordination:
  • Write and edit content including blog posts, newsletters, interviews, and team announcements.
  • Ensure brand tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all materials.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content.
  • Experience managing social media, basic design tools (Figma, Canva), and CMS platforms.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and juggling multiple projects at once.
