Job Title: Compliance and Governance Specialist

 

Nestl's Integrated Business Services Lviv is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Governance Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the company's compliance efforts, ensuring that all business activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Compliance Efforts: Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Governance Activities: Ensure that all business activities are governed by Nestl's corporate principles and standards.
  • Benchmark Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that the team is informed and compliant.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with Market Legal representatives and other stakeholders to enhance service quality.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify areas for optimization within the compliance function, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as a Role Model: Deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities, and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience: In Legal/Compliance roles, with strong knowledge in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
  • People Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in leading projects, particularly transition projects.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English (upper-intermediate level), with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech Solutions: Familiarity with Legal & Compliance technical solutions, including e-billing and contract lifecycle management.
  • Corporate Principles: Solid understanding of Nestl's corporate principles and Shared Service Center operations.
