SEE Internal Communications Leader

This role offers a unique opportunity to build and implement an internal communications strategy that supports management in informing, engaging and motivating employees towards a shared strategic vision and goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's global reputation and contribute towards building its Nestlé brand among employees.
- Produce high-quality internal communications materials that accurately reflect the company's strategy.
- Manage the corporate intranet and other communication channels to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date and aligned with corporate objectives.
- Anticipate, monitor and manage global issues affecting employees, ensuring senior management awareness.
- Design and implement an internal communications strategy for the SEE market.
Key requirements include:
- University degree.
- 7+ years experience in communications, working with senior leadership on communications initiatives.
- Communications agency/journalism experience desirable.
- Experience in managing intranets and producing corporate materials.
- Knowledge of communication development and agency management.
- Crisis management skills for internal communications.
- Deep understanding of the business environment.
- Ability to work in complex processes and intense environments.
- Highly developed result focus, strategic thinking and proactive cooperation.
- Fluency in English, native speaker of respective Hub/Country.
