We are a reputable organization seeking a skilled Sales / Retention agent to join our Forex team.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with a high-priority customer base, managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Utilize CRM systems to optimize customer interactions and achieve sales targets.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in Sales or Retention roles, preferably in the finance industry.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- High level of sociability and strong communication skills.
- Results-driven approach, focusing on achieving sales objectives.
- A competitive salary range of $1250-$1500 USD (plus performance-based bonuses), paid regularly.
