We seek a Key Account Manager to drive sales development across multiple clients. This role involves building relationships, defining sales strategies, and analyzing sales performance. Key responsibilities include short-term client development, sales plan creation, contract negotiation, and team leadership. We require a higher education, 2+ years of key account experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in short-term client development;
  • Development of annual sales plan for Key Accounts;
  • Building and developing the relationships with Key Accounts;
  • Conclude commercial contracts with Retail chains;
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business and optimize spends;
  • Coordinate the pricing policy of Retail chains, promo activities;
  • Sales monitoring & analysis;
  • Leading of Ferrero cross-functional teams;
  • Reporting.


We are looking for:

  • Higher education;
  • The experience of work on the same position not less than 2 years;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with key accounts;
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office package;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Analytical skills, selling skills, account management, negotiation skills;
  • Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to meet deadlines.
