Accounting Methodologist

Functional responsibilities:

  • Methodological support for the Bank's accounting in accordance with the requirements of the NBU's regulatory legal acts and IFRS;
  • Formation, approval and maintenance of the Bank's accounting policy;
  • Development of methodological foundations for accounting and valuation of financial instruments, application of the effective rate for accounting of financial instruments;
  • Development of accounting models by transaction/product/contract;
  • Approval of the Bank's internal regulatory documents, draft agreements, and banking product passports for proper reflection in accounting and disclosure in the Bank's financial statements;
  • Consulting and methodological support to the Bank's structural divisions on issues related to accounting of transactions.

Candidate requirements:

  • Completed higher education - economics, finance, accounting;
  • Knowledge of international financial reporting and accounting standards, regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine on accounting and reporting issues;
  • Work experience of at least 3 years;
  • Availability of a military ID or temporary military conscription certificate (for men).
  • Experienced PC user;
  • Responsibility, accuracy, punctuality, sociability.
