Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating the work of the Socio-Economic Recovery Department.
• Developing and implementing strategies, programs, and policies regulating the department's activities.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to implement socio-economic recovery projects.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory documents and Ukrainian legislation within the department's operations.
• Planning and managing department staff, fostering professional growth within the team.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of projects and initiatives in the socio-economic recovery field.
• Participating in workforce planning and decision-making on HR matters within the department.
• Preparing and submitting reports on the department's activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education (Master's or Specialist degree) in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions.
• Knowledge of labor law, office administration, and professional ethics principles.
• Understanding of the principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
• Experience in developing and implementing socio-economic programs.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to delegate tasks, and ensure their execution.
• High level of organization, responsibility, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with international partners.

Основні обов'язки:

• Організація та координація роботи Відділу соціально-економічного відновлення.
• Розробка та впровадження стратегій, програм і документів, що регламентують діяльність відділу.
• Взаємодія з внутрішніми та зовнішніми партнерами для реалізації проектів соціально-економічного відновлення.
• Контроль за дотриманням нормативних документів та законодавства України в межах діяльності Відділу.
• Планування та управління персоналом Відділу, забезпечення професійного розвитку команди.
• Аналіз ефективності виконання проєктів та ініціатив у сфері соціально-економічного відновлення.
• Участь у формуванні штатного розкладу, прийнятті рішень щодо кадрових питань Відділу.
• Підготовка та подання звітності щодо діяльності Відділу.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Вища освіта (магістр або спеціаліст) у відповідному напрямку.
• Досвід роботи на керівних посадах не менше 5 років.
• Володіння знаннями з трудового законодавства, діловодства, основ професійної етики.
• Розуміння принципів діяльності Міжнародного Руху Червоного Хреста і Червоного Півмісяця.
• Досвід у розробці та впровадженні соціально-економічних програм.
• Вміння керувати командою, розподіляти обов'язки та контролювати їх виконання.
• Високий рівень організованості, відповідальності та комунікаційних навичок.
• Готовність до відряджень та співпраці з міжнародними партнерами.
