About Us

Karno Energy is an innovative engineering company specializing in
BIM-based MEP design
. For over 7 years, we've been delivering projects across the UK and Germany.

Our portfolio includes landmark projects such as
Big Ben's renovation, Cambridge University developments, and Google's London HQ.

We're expanding and looking for a
Project Manager
who can confidently lead complex international BIM projects, inspire a talented team, and ensure seamless collaboration with clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate BIM/MEP projects from concept to delivery
  • Manage time, deadlines and project risks
  • Ensure high-quality project documentation and solutions
  • Communicate effectively with UK/EU clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support engineering teams to achieve project goals

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • Strong knowledge of
    Revit, Navisworks, ACC
  • Proven experience in
    MEP system design
    in Revit
  • Team leadership and project management skills
  • English proficiency
    B1+

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with European/UK projects
  • PM/BIM certifications
