We are excited to welcome a motivated IT Support Engineer to our IT Service Center team.

As part of our professional team, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional technical assistance to clients while working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a problem-solving mindset, and a friendly personality, ready to grow and develop in the IT support field.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10
  • Basic knowledge of macOS and Ubuntu
  • Knowledge of computer components, peripherals, and network equipment
  • Knowledge of the principles and methods of networking
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2016 administration
  • Intermediate level of English

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 8.1
  • Experience with Linux (CentOS/RedHat, Debian) administration
Responsibilities
  • Prepare workplaces for new users (standard PC, laptop)
  • Choose workstation configurations, purchase workstations and peripheral devices
  • Perform installation and configuration procedures
  • Provide user support for daily issues
  • Handle warranty repairs
  • Upgrade hardware and software
  • Replace and maintain cartridges and laptop batteries, maintain office hardware
  • Install and configure network equipment and commission new facilities
  • Register equipment (hardware, software)
  • Work with documentation (warranty, accounting)
  • Prepare manuals for setting up and using the software
  • Participate in system recovery after crashes and malfunction of hardware
  • Participate in developing proposals for hardware modernization and purchases
