Про вакансію:

Ми шукаємо Customer Support Representative зі знанням англійської мови для повної зайнятості на одному з проєктів з екосистеми Genesis.

Про графік:

  • 5 змін на тиждень, включаючи 1–2 нічні зміни;
  • Графік змін: ранкова зміна — 07:00–15:00 (UA time), денна зміна — 15:00–23:00 (UA time), нічна зміна — 23:00–07:00 (UA time)

Ваші обов'язки:

  • Обробка звернень користувачів через систему підтримки;
  • Вирішення широкого спектру питань клієнтської підтримки, серед яких:
    • Ідентифікація облікових записів користувачів
    • Скасування підписок
    • Надання загальної інформації про продукт або конкретну підписку
    • Допомога з проблемами входу в систему
    • Зміна або оновлення електронної пошти користувача
    • Відписка від розсилок та обробка запитів на видалення акаунтів
  • Підтримка стабільного ритму роботи та заданого рівня швидкості й якості;
  • Співпраця з командою для збереження ефективності процесів і взаємопідтримки.

Ми очікуємо, що ви:

  • Маєте від 6 місяців досвіду у сфері підтримки клієнтів або іншій ролі з постійною комунікацією з користувачами (call-центр, сервіс, адміністративні ролі, роздрібна торгівля тощо);
  • Використовували англійську мову на попередніх місцях роботи — письмово та усно;
  • Володієте англійською на рівні B2 або вище (особливо у письмовій комунікації);
  • Впевнено працюєте з рутинними завданнями, швидко орієнтуєтесь у ситуації, уважні до деталей;
  • Готові працювати в інтенсивному ритмі — без багатозадачності, але з постійним потоком запитів;
  • Досвід із Zendesk — буде плюсом, але не обов'язковий (ми проводимо навчання).
