Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Data Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a global company specializing in intelligent automation solutions, providing integrated systems for warehouse logistics, material handling, and supply chain optimization. Founded in 1819, it has become a leader in designing, building, and supporting automated systems for various industries, including retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, healthcare, and manufacturing. The solutions range from automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and conveyor systems to automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and advanced robotics, software, and artificial intelligence-driven warehouse management systems. These systems optimize the movement, storage, and handling of goods, helping companies increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. The company's headquarters are in Atlanta, Georgia, and it operates globally, with offices and facilities in over 25 countries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of BI tools and platforms such as Power Query or Power BI (they are most useful).
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Understanding of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
• Experience in coding in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, and/or R.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Proven ability to present data findings in easy-to-understand and straightforward ways.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
• Understanding of QA and troubleshooting data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different cultures.
• The ability to have outstanding team interaction and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, and a desire to learn.
• Self-starter and detail-oriented individual with excellent time-management/scheduling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide reports and analysis.
• Work independently and within a team to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Determine data cleansing opportunities within the source systems, and suggest ways to improve data accuracy and/or collection of new data points.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Cooperate with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information.
• Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information.
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
