Qualifications:
years of experience in a Business/System Analyst role, preferably in a software/hardware company Intermediate or Upper-intermediate English proficiency with strong communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of data collection and interpretation Familiarity with UI/UX principles and desktop/mobile application development processes Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment Preferred Skills:
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation Knowledge of system diagram creation, wireframing, and prototyping tools Basic understanding of project management principles Technical background (Education/working experience) in hardware/firmware or strong knowledge of products in IoT Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements Participate in the development and enhancement of Fire&Safety product line Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
