Ajax Services is an umbrella term covering the broad set of tools and capabilities designed to empower our partners. Through our advanced digital infrastructure and cloud-based approach, we deliver valuable services to enhance product experience. Ajax Services expand software possibilities, improve signaling, and streamline security management Qualifications
years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices Understanding of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats Understanding of web and mobile application development processes Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills Would be a plus
Experience in development payment platforms Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing Pre-sale experience Product owner experience Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Ajax Services Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax Services Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems Check that new requests don't break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goals Aid in testing of a product
