Проект

Шукаємо Business/System Analyst в команду RnD IT - для реалізації цікавих, інноваційних задач та проєків (може бути залучення до operatioal, mobile або AI team, впровадження нових технологій, процесів)

Вимоги

  • Досвід роботи на посаді бізнес- або системного аналітика від 3-х років
  • Знання та використання найкращих практик бізнес-аналізу, управління вимогами та системного аналізу
  • Вміння професійно описати технічні та бізнес-вимоги продукту, знання нотацій опису бізнес-процесів
  • Відмінні навички міжособистісного спілкування та здатність знайти спільну мову з технічними спеціалістами
  • Розуміння сучасних веб-технологій / клієнт-серверної архітектури
  • Знання та практичний досвід застосування методологій розробки програмного забезпечення
  • Знання повного циклу розробки програмного забезпечення (SDLC)
  • Досвід роботи з таск-трекінговими системами (Jira)
  • Розуміння JSON / RPC / REST API
  • Досвід тестування API (Postman /Swagger)

Буде плюсом

  • Технічна вища освіта (ІТ, інженерія, прикладна математика)

  • Досвід роботи з мобільними продуктами (iOS / Android), зокрема у кросплатформених командах

  • Участь у впровадженні AI-рішень або автоматизованої обробки даних

  • Досвід супроводу продукту на етапі масштабування або інтеграції з новими платформами

  • Знання сучасних інструментів опису процесів та API (Swagger, BPMN, UML)

  • Досвід проведення досліджень та впровадження інноваційних підходів, технологій

Обов'язки

  • Виявлення та аналіз бізнес-вимог
  • Формалізація технічних вимог, постановка задач розробникам, контроль виконання (фронт, бек, в т.ч можуть бути задачі AOS, IOS, AI)
  • Супровід завдання від отримання вимог від замовника до фінального приймального тестування бізнес-замовником
  • Постійна комунікація та взаємодія з бізнес-замовниками та командою розробки
  • Пост-релізна підтримка
  • Виявлення проблемних кейсів та можливість їх відтворення
