About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst to help us build the complex IT infrastructure of Kooperativ coworking, optimize business processes, and implement effective solutions. You will be the key link between business teams and technical specialists, responsible for analyzing, modeling, and documenting requirements for complex projects.

Key responsibilities


• Analysis and requirements gathering: In-depth analysis of business processes, identification of stakeholder needs, and gathering of functional and non-functional requirements.


• Working with CRM/ERP: Professional work with CRM and ERP systems, including Zoho, Odoo, Clickup, and Spacebring, for their configuration, implementation, and support.


• Documentation: Creation of detailed technical specifications (TS), process descriptions, use cases, user stories, and other project documentation.


• Communication: Effective communication with developers, testers, project managers, and business customers.


• Analysis and optimization: Identifying bottlenecks in existing processes and proposing solutions for their optimization.


• Project management: Participation in planning and managing the project life cycle.

Candidate requirements


• Work: work in an office in the center of Kyiv, in a coworking space at 23A Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, with the possibility of working remotely from time to time.


• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the IT field.


• Deep knowledge of CRM/ERP: Experience working with commercial CRM and ERP systems.


• Analytical skills: High level of analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data.


• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to "translate" business requirements into technical language.


• Process skills: Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and ability to work in a team.


• Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian and English (at a level not lower than B2).

The following will be an advantage:


• Understanding of the architecture and functionality of systems such as Zoho, Odoo, Clickup, and Spacebring.


• Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies.


• Practical skills in working with API requests and their description.
