About the Role

As Employer Brand Manager, you will drive Quantum Systems' brand awareness and engagement in Ukraine. You'll tell the story of our products and the underlying technology, as well as engage in brand awareness activities, from the production to the frontline. You'll work at the crossroads of marketing, sales, and branding to translate Quantum Systems' mission into marketing activities that inspire and inform. You will also cooperate with the Global Marketing Team in Munich and the Strategic Communications Team in Berlin, Germany.

What Is Your Day to Day Mission
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in Ukraine in alignment with global strategy
  • Localize and adapt content for Ukrainian audiences across digital, print, and event channels
  • Manage social media, website updates, newsletters, and marketing materials in alignment with global strategy
  • Support event planning (exhibitions, conferences, partner events) and ensure consistent branding
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Strategic Communications, Sales, and Government Affairs teams
  • Work with external agencies and suppliers for content production and design
  • Monitor campaign performance and media trends to optimize strategy
What brings you to the team:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or brand management, ideally in technology, defence, or industrial sectors
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in Ukrainian and English
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools and content management systems
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to move from strategy to execution quickly
  • High motivation to work in a mission-driven, international environment
