WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Quality and velocity of development—ensuring a stable pace of task delivery without compromising quality, implementing best engineering practices.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Have experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, CTO, or Head of Engineering—able to organize team workflows for speed and alignment.
  • Are well-versed in both frontend and backend development (PHP, Python, Go).
  • Understand databases (MySQL) and cloud services.
  • Have a strong grasp of DevOps, QA, and delivery processes, and can communicate fluently across all technical roles.
  • Have worked with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and know how to make a team highly effective.
  • Can support, motivate, and help your team grow while maintaining a sharp focus on results.
