Наш головний продукт — мобільний фото/відеоредактор, однойменний застосунок Lift ). Його завантажило 10 мільйонів людей у всьому світі й кожні 4 секунди за його допомогою публікується новий контент в соціальних мережах.

Застосунок доступний на iOS та Android, регулярно отримує фічеринг від команди App Store.

Наша ціль — побудувати A-Player паблішера в категорії мобільного фото/відеоредагування. Наразі ми на стадії масштабування бізнесу і наймаємо професіоналів для прискорення розвитку продукту та збільшення нашої присутності на глобальному ринку.

Тому відкриваємо позицію Head of Analytics, щоб зробити наступний крок у розвитку аналітичної функції та команди, яка потребує лідера, здатного об'єднати таланти, вибудувати чіткі процеси та масштабувати експертизу. Ми очікуємо, що ця роль стане ключовою у розвитку data-driven культури у всіх проєктах компанії.

Твоїми завданнями будуть:

  • Менеджмент та розвиток команди продуктової та маркетингової аналітики.
  • Робота з фінансовими показниками бізнесу — моделювання та оптимізація маркетингових прогнозів, контроль платіжних ризик-метрик і підтримка фінансової моделі.
  • Тісна взаємодія із CEO та іншими стейкхолдерами, щоб визначати зони росту й покращувати результати бізнесу.
  • Підтримка й розвиток поточних аналітичних систем, звітів, які допоможуть команді та бізнесу приймати кращі рішення.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе:

  • 3+ роки досвіду в аналітиці даних у продуктових компаніях.
  • Досвід побудови та розвитку аналітичних команд із нуля.
  • Досвід побудови аналітичної інфраструктури.
  • Відмінне знання Python, SQL і досвід роботи з БД.
  • Високий рівень роботи з BI-інструментами (Tableau, Looker, Power BI тощо).
