Are you a seasoned financial professional with a passion for strategic business partnerships? Genesis is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Manager to join our team

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare standalone financial statements for entities operating in multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus, BVI, UAE, USA, etc.), ensuring full compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of financial information for external users (auditors, banks, directors, regulators).
• Prepare and provide necessary financial data, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for tax filings, VAT returns, and other regulatory submissions.
• Act as the main contact point for external auditors, ensuring all requested documentation and reconciliations are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in cross-functional finance projects (e.g., restructuring, transfer pricing, VAT setup for new entities, automation initiatives).

Key Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, economics, financial analysis, or other related fields.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software (experience in business case competitions, such as Business Diving, Changellenge, or other international case challenges, is a plus).
• Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA is an advantage.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level (both oral and written). Holding international certifications (IELTS, TOEFL) is a plus.
• Structured thinking and the ability to draw data-driven business conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate and defend financial insights and recommendations.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility, independence, and ambition. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
