Right now, we're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Financial Team to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records in QuickBooks Online.
  • Record journal entries, bank transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, AR aging, and follow-ups.
  • Manage Accounts Payable: invoice processing, approvals, payment scheduling, and AP aging.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support audits, compliance documentation, and internal controls.
  • Assist the Financial Manager with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance within multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles (double-entry, accruals, revenue vs. COGS, FX gains/losses).
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, data cleanup).
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong ownership mindset — follows tasks end-to-end and meets deadlines.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver.
  • High integrity and discretion when working with sensitive financial data.
  • Proactive improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and processes.
  • English level of B2 or higher
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in Big Four or Top-10 public accounting firms (audit or advisory).
  • Background in digital marketing agencies, affiliate marketing, or AdTech.
  • Experience using Google Apps Script and AI tools for finance automation.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP.
